Patfields Educational Complex School has attained a status as an abode where learning entails all areas of life: discipline, confidence training, effective academic, grooming, charity and God’s values.
Education in Patfields is holistic and seeks to instill in the child excellence, neatness, responsibility and moral upright that will help them stand tall in the competitive world.
Emphasis is on acquisition of knowledge, moral values and life skills. We stressed on hard works, unity and human relations and our pupils are closely monitored.

Brief History
PATFIELDS EDUCATIONAL COMPLEX (PEC) is a privately owned institution established by an educationist and her husband who saw the need to assist working Nursing mothers to bring up their children in a well-balanced conducive and holistic environment while mothers are peacefully at work discharging their duties.

At Patfields Educational Complex, we inculcate positive values and beliefs, have a shared sense of purpose, promote positive relationship and instill a sense value and trust.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Register Now
Parents can register children anytime during the academic session. To register a child, an application fee of GH¢300.00 is paid and an application form is filled and submitted. You can download the application form here.
On receipt of the application form, the child is invited for a placement test, observation and assessment. Teachers are able to determine the level, standard and interactive ability of the child. This will aid the child’s integration into school life, on admission.
Parents are thereafter invited for a chat to report on the child’s assessment to conclude the admission. Parental concerns can be addressed and the school can orientate parents on what to expect at Patfields Educational Complex School.
The Admission office will evaluate all the information and a decision will be communicated within 10 days of completion of application process.
On successful admission, both the child and the parents will be registered onto the School’s Management System, and the Login Details will be given to the parent to sign in to the portal and monitor the child’s performance even at home.

LEARN ABOUT OUR CURRICULUM
Our curriculum covers the New National Teacher Counsil’s (NTC) curriculum for Nursery , Kindergarten, and primary 1-6 in order to develop them universally irrespective of their background.
The curriculum is all structured with activities that the school organises in order to promote learning, personal development and growth in the lives of the pupils.
We are committed to providing a personalised learning experience for every child. During the children’s enrollment, each child is encouraged to explore their interests and career aspirations and to make appropriate subject choices.
The children are carefully trained by qualified teachers who are always available to help them discover their talents. Subjects or programs are carefully selected to suit their ages and their environment. They play and learn with educational toys constructive materials, make-believe play toys educational multimedia materials and outdoors plays.

what is the mode of payment @ Patfields school?
Fees must be paid into the School’s account at National Investment Bank Account Number 1104063264501, or MTN Mobile Money transfer Number 0244753588, MTN number 537683 as well as Vodacash Number 0505310839.
does the school provide learning materials?
Yes. Textbooks, exercise books and other learning materials will be provided by the school at a cost.
Does the school have boarding facilities?
Yes, but still under construction, and also plans are far advanced for the inclusion of Junior High School.
What is the registration Fees?
Fees are paid on or before the beginning of every school term. Fees paid are not refundable under any circumstance. A non-refundable registration fee of two hundred Ghana Cedis (Gh¢ 250.00) will be collected from every new entrant, and it is subject to revision.
does the schoool have transportation system?
Yes. The School’s driver and attendant pick up your child at vantage point points from 6a.m., at a reasonable fare. (It is optional)
What is The school’s policy on withdrawal of pupils?
The school requires a term’s notice if a parent wants to withdraw a child/pupil, in lieu of which a term’s fees must be paid. No cash would be refunded for any withdrawals during the term.
